• Your site MUST be running on Joomla! (1.0 or 1.5)
• Your site should be developed in the Web2.0 style; either visibly or functionally.
• Your site's template should be constructed without the use of tables (although we understand Joomla! outputs tables which sometimes cannot be avoided)
